With over 27 years of experience in recruitment, Robrecht has spent the last 15 years connecting highly skilled professionals with technical and leadership roles in the manufacturing and process industries in North Holland.

After studying business economics and gaining experience as a consultant, Jurre joined BuildingCareers in 2013. Since 2019, he has been a partner, using his entrepreneurial and financial expertise to help steer the company’s success.

Daan started his career at Multec, the predecessor of Brunel, where he held an executive role. His work with and for engineers has been a consistent theme throughout his career. In 2000, he co-founded BuildingCareers with Harm Raijmans.

With experience in the offshore and maritime industries, Zsuzsa is a recruitment consultant specializing in coordinating, planning, and staffing for revamps, overhauls, and shutdowns in the fast-paced industrial environment.

Ruxandra, originally from Romania, has extensive experience in recruiting for tech sales, operations, and the nuclear sector across Europe. She excels at finding talent and connecting clients with candidates in the industrial and energy sectors, always ensuring the perfect match.

Since 2011, Jorge has supported BuildingCareers’ financial administration. He manages payroll, invoices, and accounts receivable and payable, and serves as the primary contact for professionals on location with any questions.

Originally from Austria, Timea moved to the Netherlands in 2018. With experience in the hospitality industry, she ensures smooth office operations and provides organized, customer-focused support to the recruitment team.
